This Tunnel Mite was built by me (Bob Dillon) in the winter of 2004-5 for racing in our Mini GT class. This was my first raceboat, and the one that got me started in the sport.
I used okoume marine plywood and epoxy throughout, and finished with marine paint. The cockpit was modified from the plans to accomodate a seat and foot throttle.
It is currently owned by Bob Matson of Ely, MN, and is located in Ely.
